Provider wise – The records are sorted by provider

Chronological – The entire set of medical records is sorted by date, regardless of provider.

Record – The entire medical records will be merged and then sorted for each record type i.e.,Consultation Records, Nursing Notes, Discharge summary, Wound Assessment records, etc.
