A report that provides a succinct, based on fact, and enlightening summary of the patient’s medical treatment. The medical timeline helps lawyers understand what happened to the client, the level of the injury and the resulting medical treatment.

Optional to add highlighted notes or post-its.

Duplicate records are deleted and a subsequent log is created for deleted records.
