A Plaintiff Fact Sheet (PFS) helps collecting information, helping out expert witnesses, and giving an outline of the case that is being litigated. We also help you familiarize yourself with the large pile of case files that are filed for a particular mass tort litigation.This will assist lawyers in identifying any information that is essential and important to the trial.

What we do?

We are carefully scanned to identify information from the provider which may be missing from the plaintiff’s medical file.

Essential details are included in the medical timeline with relevant commentary and highlights.

Medical records are used to complete each PFS field, which includes medical history, dates of injury, dosage of pharmaceuticals, and other information relevant to the case.

Each entry includes the page reference to the source medical record.
